Pool Side Patio
Belleville, ON
Completed: Summer 2017
We started with Renderings.
At first we started by taking measurements and creating a full 3D rendering of the yard to visualize the layout and best create a sense of flow and tranquility among the different features.

We mapped out the walkways, leading up to the house and continuing on around the pool. We also mapped out the different plant and tree locations to give an in depth view of how the layout would look.
Stone Walkways
We placed stone leading from the driveway up to the front entrance of the house. We also continued the stone walkway around the side and back of the house and to the perimeter of the pool to create a sense of flow and frame the yard.
Stone Patios
We then topped it all off with two stone patio areas for lounging around the pool and socializing with friends and family all while taking in the beautiful atmosphere of the landscape.
GARDENS AND SOFTSCAPING
We surrounded the house, patios and pools with beautiful gardens. Around the pool we focused on using tall ornamental grass to give privacy and a slight tropical beach feeling.
draINAGE
We built a culvert to help with water flow and prevent water pooling. It also allows an area for water to go when the pool is being drained for cleaning and maintenance. We decorated the culvert around the driveway with decorative stone.
Arboristry

We planted and pruned trees throughout the yard, to add aesthetics, privacy and shade.

We then topped it all off by adding stone and gardens around a large tree out front of the house to give great curb appeal.
